What you can expect from your first visit...
Our Doctors and staff welcome you to Naperville Family Chiropratic. When you come by our office at 808 Rickert Drive in Naperville, you will be asked to fill out a new patient form, which can be downloaded from this site. After taking a complete case history, our doctors will take time to discuss your condition, any injuries, and evaluate your particular needs. Your posture will be checked and you may be asked to perform simple exercises to provide information about your motor skills, reflexes, muscle strength, balance, etc. These tests will also help determine your range of motion, muscle tone, and the integrity of your nervous system. Based on examination findings, X-Rays may be taken. These images can help reveal pathologies, document the history of your spinal health and guide the doctors in creating a care program based on your unique condition. After the evaluation, the doctor will perform a chiropractic adjustment, which is simply a gentle and precise placement of the vertebra or involved joint into its correct position. Adjusting the vertebrae can remove irritation and help the nervous system return to its natural efficiency. Finally, a treatment plan will be recommended, specific to your individual condition and needs.
Naperville Family Chiropractic accepts most insurance plans including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna, among others. We no longer take Humana, and we do not take Medicare or Medicaid.
We have a flexible payment plan for those wishing to pay cash or out of network. We also accept all major credit cards, for your convenience.
